The Walking Gallery in Bilbao

One of my hosts for Salud 2.0 Euskadi, Gonzalo Bacigalupe, in our jackets painted by Regina Holliday, in front of the Guggenheim Museum. Yes, it was that beautiful. Every day.

Note the sculpture in the background: Maman by Louise Bourgeois. Protector and predator. One of my favorite pieces at the Guggenheim in Bilbao. No surprise if you’ve read my Mother’s Day tribute!

It was such a beautiful day in Bilbao, it had 100 days of rain and there we were with the perfect light to illuminate the already bright Regina’s paints. Perfect spot, the Guggenheim is either a whale or a ship ready for a voyage.
