    Well, indeed – great Nuggets. My favorite:
    Nugget 11: Don’t design your life assuming that all your plans will all work out. Always have a Plan B, a Plan C, & even a Plan D

    Having a child with major medical issues basically results in working on Plan K — many revisions away from what I thought was in Plan A when I finished grad school. A great journey that has taught me to be flexible and much more resilient!

      I’m so glad you saw this, Catherine! And yes, that nugget hit home. Plan K, indeed.

      Nugget 13 (it’s never the crime, it’s the cover-up, that really cooks your goose) has been a dinner-table theme for my family for years. Is it because we live in DC that we emphasize this lesson for our boys? Hmmm…
